Managing Your Offers: How to Edit, Enable, View, Filter and Rename Offers in Monk?

This guide explains how to manage your existing offers within the Monk app. You will learn how to enable or disable offers, edit their settings, view all your created offers, filter them for easier navigation, and rename as needed.

1. View Offers

To view all the offers you have created, open the Monk app and go to the Manage Offers tab. Here you will see a list of all the offers you have set up through Monk. By default, only 10 offers are displayed on the screen. You can adjust how many offers are shown by changing the display settings as illustrated in the accompanying screenshot.

2. Enable/Disable an Offer

To enable or disable an offer, go to the Manage Offers tab in the Monk app. Click on Actions next to the offer you want to modify, then select Enable or Disable as needed.

3. Edit an Offer

To edit an existing offer, navigate to the Manage Offers tab in Monk. Click on Actions for the offer you wish to update and select Edit. Make the necessary changes and then click Save or Save and Activate to apply the updates.

4. Filter Offers

You can filter the Offers by name or offer type within the Manage Offers tab. Use the filter options shown in the screenshot to quickly find specific offers based on these criteria.

5. Rename an Offer

To rename a offer, click on Actions next to the offer and select Rename.
