How to edit my offer's text?
When creating offers, clear and well-designed text can make all the difference in guiding customers through the offer. This section will walk you through how to edit text within your offer, including adjusting font styles, sizes, and formatting, so your offer looks professional and aligns with your brand.

To edit text, you can go to the Offer > Actions > Edit > Next > Part 2 : Customize text & design > Edit offer content
Under this section, you can make changes to the offer's text content like header/product details or labels. To edit the text styles, content and font further, you can also go to 'Edit display and design' section which is also in Part 2 of the offer setup
What does this feature entail?
Within the 'Edit Display and design' section, you can find configure the font, texts and text styles, which can be modified for both mobile and desktop view, from the following options :
Font
From this setting, you can make modifications to what the font should be for the offer / widget header, offer product name and details along with the product variant or add to cart button. You can also refer to this document for more details.
You can also use this setting to update font sizes for the same -
Text Styles
From this setting, you can edit the content of the text within the widget, for e.g., if you want the header to be aligned to the center of the widget or add space between two texts, or simply edit the titles and offer product name and their font sizes. You can also format the texts by adding markdown codes directly under any section. Please refer here on how to add the same.
Currency, Price & Discount
Under this setting, you can make changes to the text and format of the currency symbols, offer product price and discount price. Under 'Currency format', you can also choose if you want to show to currency symbol before the price or after.
From 'Actions' setting, you can edit the text styles of the add to cart and the variant button.
Add
Under this section, you can make changes to the 'Add to cart' button text in terms of it's size and what the label will display. You can also edit the text within the button when the offer product will adding and once it has been added.
Variant
Under this section, you can customize the size of the variant button text.
Please be sure to click on 'Save changes' at the top right once you have made the customizations.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) I have made changes to the offer's text, yet it is not showing up on the storefront, what could be the reason?
This could be due to cache issues. Cache issues usually occur when users see outdated content on a website, experience slow loading times despite a fast internet connection, or encounter errors when trying to access certain pages or features. This happens when a website is opened many times on a device. This issue will not occur with a customer as they will be opening it for the first time or fewer times as compared to you. Try running a test in a fresh incognito window, ensure all other incognito tabs are closed. Doing this shall allow you to visit your store as a 'test user', while preventing the browser from remembering your browser history & avoiding any browser caching issues.
2) Why is the font within the widget(s) not matching my store's font?
If you have added a new font to your store, and it is not visible under the 'Font' section, you can click on the 'sync now' option under 'Title' and it will automatically redirect you to the store and then add the font to the editor. This can be done from both the Global and the offer-specific editors. You can refer to this document for more information on the same.
3) Why am I not able to view a way to edit text for my Free Gift auto add offer?
That is because this offer does not have a widget, it simply auto adds the free gift to cart. Hence, the text for this offer cannot be edited.
4) How to make the corners of the 'Add to cart' button of my offer's widget more rounded?
This can be done by going to Step 3 of the offer setup > Edit display and design > Actions > add > Style > Radius
5) Can I add custom CSS to make further changes to my offer's text/font display?
While you can edit the fonts for your offer's widgets from the 'edit display and design' section of the offer set up, in case further changes are required, you can also add more customizations to the display and design by adding Custom CSS. Please refer to this article.
