How to combine offers of the same type in Monk ?
The app provides various types of offers like Free Gift (Auto Add or Selection), Cross-Sell, Cart Progress Bar, etc. This doc is a guide on how to display 2 offers of the same type at cart using Monk.

Example : Displaying 2 cart cross-sells simultaneously
How to set it up?
Let’s assume you want to display 2 Free Gift selection offers simultaneously on the cart.
After you have set up both the offers, Combinations setting will display on Step 1 of your offer. Please note that this setting only works when the eligibility rules of both the offers are overlapping.
For example-
You have set up 1 Free Gift selection offer to give free gift when the cart value is above $100 and another Free Gift selection offer to give free gift when the cart value is above $200.
If the ‘Combination’ setting is enabled, the customer will be eligible to receive gifts from both the offers if their cart value is above $200.
If the ‘Combination’ setting is disabled, the customer will only see one offer at a time.
Enable this setting in both the offers to display both offers simultaneously on the cart.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) Can 2 cart progress bar offers be displayed at the same time?
For any given session, only one progress bar can be displayed at a time. In case a customer is eligible for multiple progress bars simultaneously, the progress bar for whichever offer is triggered first will appear in the cart. 2) If I set up 2 different types of offers at cart, how will they be displayed?
If 2 different types of offers are set up at cart, then they will display at the same time without having to enable the combination settings. For example, if you have set up a cross-sell and free gift selection offer at cart, then both will display simultaneously without requiring any additional set up.
3) Do I need to enable combinations if I have set up a cross sell on product page and another cross-sell on cart?
When two offers are set up on different pages, both are set to combine by default and do not need any additional configuration. For e.g., if a cross sell is set up at product page and cart separately, then the combination setting is not needed to be enabled as both will display as intended. This applies to different types of offers set up on the product page and cart as well e.g., a product page cross-sell and cart progress bar will also display at the same.
