How to check the orders where Monk offer is applied? What is Order Browser?
This document is a detailed guide on how to check orders where Monk offers have been applied.
To view these orders, go to Monk → Order Browser in your app dashboard. This section displays all the orders for the store wherein any Monk offer was applied. The time frame can be selected from the top right corner.
By clicking on 'View Details', you can check the order details in Monk. By clicking on 'View in Shopify', you will be redirected to Shopify's order section where you can view the order details.

How to check which Monk offer is applied in the order?
If you have multiple offers set up through Monk, you can simply run a filter in the Order Browser to find the orders where a specific offer is applied. For example - You want to check the orders where customers have availed the free gift or product page upsell.
To run a filter, click on the search bar as shown in the picture.
It will provide 2 options -
Availed Offer Type - This shows you a list of categories of different offers like Free Gift, Cross sell, Progress Bar etc. Once you select a category from this dropdown, you can view all the orders where the offers from the selected category were applied.
Availed Offers - After selecting the category of offer in 'Availed Offer Type' dropdown, you can narrow down your filter further to specific offer by selecting the Specific offers in this dropdown.
How to read data in the order?
To view the specific order's data, click on View details in front of the order. The order details will open as shown in the screenshot below. On the right hand side, you can view the data.
Offers Viewed - This section shows all the offers that have been viewed by the customer but not availed.
Offers Availed - This sections shows all the offers that have been availed by the customers.
Discount codes - This section displays the Offer name from which the customer has received the discount. In the below order, the customer received discount on the cross sell product by availing the Product Page Upsell offer. Hence, the offer name is displayed under this section.
This section also shows the discount codes used in the Free Gift with discount code offers. It has been discussed in this section.
Can I export the orders?
Yes, you can export orders from this section. Click Export Data, enter your email address, and the exported file will be sent to you.
What happens if Free Gift with discount code offer is availed?
If you’ve set up a Free Gift offer with multiple discount codes and want to check which code was used in an order, simply filter orders by selecting the specific Free Gift with discount code offer.
This will show all orders where a discount code was applied to receive the free gift.
Open the order and go to the Discount codes section to see the exact code used by the customer, along with the offer name as shown in the screenshot. Here, the customer has used 'BFCM' discount code to receive gift and the offer name is 'BUY X GET Y'.
