Pricing and Billing (installed after 21st May 2025)
This pricing is valid only for merchants that installed the app from 21st May, 2025 onwards. You can view your install date by going to Monk > Settings > Account information.
The app is divided into two plans - START and SCALE and pricing is based on the total number of orders your online store processes within a 30 day billing cycle.
A billing cycle is 30 days long & it starts one day after your free trial ends. You will not be charged if you uninstall the app before the end of your trial period. A charge will be made on the 1st day of every billing cycle based on the total number of orders processed by your store in the previous 30 days.
To pause billing you will have to uninstall the app from the apps section of your Shopify admin dashboard. You will be charged a monthly fee as long as the app is installed on the store irrespective of it being enabled/disabled.
